Structure of the Trust

The management of the Trust is overseen by an Executive Board of 15 people who are elected annually at the A.G.M. The executive meets on a bi-monthly basis and is headed by a chairman and two other officers.

The Manager of Galway Civic Trust looks after the day to day affairs and she reports regularly to the Chairman and to the bi-monthly board meetings. The Manager is assisted by a Development Officer and an Administration Officer who are based at The Hall of the Red Earl.

The Trust is supported by a FÁS Community Employment Scheme. The team is split between Mutton Island and the Trust's office at The Hall of the Red Earl.
